💙 Gabriel House Update: Shift in Donation Needs 💙
Thanks to the incredible outpouring of support from our Fall River community, Catholic Charities of Fall River is no longer accepting clothing donations for Gabriel House residents. We are deeply grateful for every item received—your generosity has provided warmth, dignity, and hope to so many during this time of recovery.
Most residents have now received multiple deliveries of clothing, thanks to you. As they begin to rebuild and transition into new housing, residents have shared that their most urgent need has shifted to gift cards. These offer individuals the freedom and flexibility to replace personal items lost in the fire—allowing them to choose what best meets their needs.
🎁 Most helpful gift cards include:
• Visa, Mastercard, or AmEx (prepaid)
• Pharmacies (CVS, Walgreens)
• Retailers like Walmart or Target
🦽 Still needed: Electric wheel chairs
Donations Can Be Dropped Off Or Mailed To:
📍 Catholic Charities of Fall River
1600 Bay Street
Fall River, MA 02724
🕊️ Your continued compassion is making a lasting impact. Thank you for walking alongside the families of Gabriel House. Together, we are helping our neighbors take meaningful steps forward. 💛

🎁 Spread Joy This Christmas Season: Help Us Support Families in Need 🎁
Christmas is a precious time, in which we are able to celebrate with our loved ones and share in the many blessings that we’ve experienced in this past year. However, many of our children and families are struggling with poverty, food insecurity, and affordable housing. Help us achieve our goal of raising $17,500 for our annual Christmas drive.
This initiative aims to provide a $50 gift card to the roughly 350 children who currently receive services through Catholic Charities of Fall River.
You can make a donation by clicking on the button below. It is through your generosity and compassion that we are able to make a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.
